2007 Commercial & Non-Commercial Local Pesticide Applicator Training

Renewal and Recertification Information:
* All pesticide applicators are required to renew their licenses annually with the Minnesota Department of Agriculture.
Please bring your applicator license identification card to the Local PAT.
* LPAT participants are required to be present for the entire session to be certified.
*Cost is $105.00.
Location, dates, and times:
Session is at the Bunker Hills Activities Center on November 14, from 8:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Lunch is provided. If you have special dietary needs please call (763) 767-3837. Session is limited to 28 participants. Pre-Registration and Online Credit Card Pre-Payment are required ~ Registration Deadline is November 1.
Cancellations:
Registrations are non refundable. Cancellations must be made prior to the session. No-shows will not be refunded.
