Certified Food Manager course book and directions will be mailed approximately two weeks before class. Allow time to read the book before class.

Cancellation Policy
* In the event that trainings are cancelled due to low registration, participants will be given the opportunity to attend at another location or receive a full refund.
* Cancellations by the participant must be received 14 days in advance to receive a refund. After this time, participants may send someone in their place.
