69th Minnesota Nutrition Conference - Animal Science

Registration fee:  Includes program, a single copy of the proceedings, 2 lunches, and all breaks. 

Optional Tuesday Evening Dinner:  Cost is $25 prepaid until September 1.  Cost is $30 after September 1 and at the door.  Receive a $10 Cabela's coupon with the purchase of the Tuesday evening dinner.

Your registration is not complete until payment by check, money order, or credit card is received.

Additional Copies of Proceedings:  Cost for additional proceedings are $25 in advance (distributed at the event); $25 at the event; $35 for domestic orders shipped within the USA; $45 for international orders shipped outside the USA.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received by Tuesday, September 9, 2008 are refundable minus a $40 service fee.  After September 9, refunds will not be issued.  Cancellation requests must be made in writing; an email may be sent to bjrae@umn.edu.  In the event that the University of Minnesota cancels the conference, a full refund will be issued.  Substitutions may be made provided we receive a completed registration form for that person.  If your check is returned because of insufficient funds or closed account, or because you have made a stop payment request, a $20 check handling fee will apply.
