FOOD MANAGER CERTIFICATION COURSE

This course meets the requirements of the Minnesota Department of Health. The course is packed with useful information on topics such as:
* What You Need to Know to Keep Food Safe
* Preventing Foodborne Illness
* Proper Heating and Cooling Methods
WHAT YOU GET:
* Certified Food Manager course book and directions will be mailed approximately two weeks before class. Allow time to read the book before class.
* Seven hours of training by University of Minnesota staff specializing in food science.
* Opportunity to take the Food Manager Certification Exam directly following the training.
$165, including text book, exam, refreshments

All session 9 am - 4:30 pm, exam follows
pre-registration strongly recommended at least 2 weeks in advance
* In the event that trainings are cancelled due to low registration, participants will be given the opportunity to attend at another location or receive a full refund.
* Cancellations by the participant must be received 14 days in advance to receive a refund. After this time, participants may send someone in their place.
